Michael Foley has over 25 years of Executive Management experience
with major multinational corporations in Europe and the US. He has a strong
track record of Driving Business Growth, Increasing Shareholder Value and Managing
Productive Change. He has successfully led start ups and turnarounds in the US
and in Europe and, as CEO, has managed corporations with revenues ranging from
$20-$900 million.He has unique hands on experience in a broad range of industries including Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Distribution, Ceramics, Engineering and Auditing. He places strong focus on the value of aligning Personal, Professional and Organization Goals as a compelling competitive advantage.
He has been honored with many awards including Irish Business Person of the Year - Irish Business Organization. New York 2000. Top 100 Irish American Business People (5 times). Civic Reception of Honor from the City of White Plains, NY. The Board of Legislators of Westchester County, New York named 8/23/00 as "Michael Foley Day" in Westchester County.
He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds a Batchelor of Commerce (Honors) from University College Dublin, Ireland. He is a certified affiliate of Resource Associates Corporation.
Noirin Foley holds a Masters Degree in Family Therapy from
Fairfield University, Connecticut and a BS in Psychology from Iona College,
New York. She has several years experience in a variety of counseling environments
and has strong relationship intervention and conflict resolution experience. Believing in the power of positive change in individuals, Noirin has applied her well honed skills in helping others achieve their potential. Working one-one-one with clients, she creates an ideal open environment to facilitate optimal personal outcomes.
